In addition to information technology and data security, NRI ensures compliance in all other aspects of our business. NRI is dedicated to maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, and local collection regulations. We are authorized to collect in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and all U.S. Territories. We have an entire Compliance and Regulatory Management department that performs quality control and compliance measures within our organization. These measures include regular reviews and audits of operational procedures, internal documentation, client requirements, and industry and Federal laws and regulations.
NRI is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to each consumer we assist. Our goal is to find individualized resolutions that work best for each situation. Our full-cycle approach includes monitoring consumer accounts through the entire duration of the repayment program or until the account is resolved.
Upon employment, all NRI staff are required to attend a multi-tiered, robust Training Program to fully understand the company, client, and industry regulations and expectations. Additionally, all staff undergo annual training on Federal regulations and client requirements. Management staff participate in monthly Leadership Development training programs to continuously improve our overall culture and performance.
