On February 4, 2019 I called National Recoveries and got the best agent. She was very thorough and experienced, very knowledgeable…I feel after talking to her that everything is hopefully moving forward.
Thank you to Asha and Siman for the excellent customer service…It was a hard call for me to make and face a defaulted loan and they made the experience an easy call and I am grateful to them both!
I wish all Managers were as nice and understanding as Jorge…I have been through numerous medical issues this month and he has had empathy and shows understanding with each conversation. I really wish all the collectors were as understanding and knowledgeable as he is.
I spoke with Leslie today. Even though the lousy reception on my end, she was very patient and kind. Totally not what I expected from a collector. I didn’t feel judged or made to feel like a horrible person because I have a debt. Leslie needs to know how I appreciated our conversation.

I want to share my experience dealing with National Recoveries… I called and spoke to a young lady who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She promised a call back in a couple of days (on rehabilitation options) and I got a call the next day…Every SINGLE person I spoke with this week was patient, understanding, and helpful. They treated me like a human, not a debt that they were trying to collect from. I love the “exceed your expectations” touch on every call. It helped put me at ease in a stressful situation…Please let every single person I spoke to know how amazing they are…They probably don’t hear thank you enough, so just knowing they changed one life and actually HELPED a person who is super grateful for them may help!
I wanted to pass on my gratitude to the representative I talked to today about my defaulted student loan. The representative was very courteous and clearly answered all my questions. My intent is to take care of this debt once and for all without causing a financial hardship on me. I received excellent customer service from the young lady that helped me
I have been dealing with an issue for over the past 10 days and I have to say that everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking with has been really amazing and helpful, trying to get me to the point that I am no longer freaking out about this issue…I did not get the name of the last person I spoke with who took 45+ minutes to make sure everything was correct, she was wonderful. I have had nothing but exceptional service with this company. The first time I called I spoke with La’vern who will go above and beyond to help you out. Ever since that first call I have made sure to contact her directly and I haven’t had any issues what so ever! She has made sure to be clear on every thing that needed to be sent and I am due for my last payment and I cannot thank her enough for helping me get out of default so I can better myself and start this next chapter of my life!!
I am a 67 year old man…who was notified by the Dept. if Education that I had an “outstanding loan” dating back to 1966 when I was eighteen. The shame I feel is unspeakable. I called the number given to negotiate a settlement plan. The primary agent I’ve worked with has been Michael but on occasion four other agents have offered their assistance…and all of them have been equally helpful. Every I has been dotted and T crossed and a satisfactory agreement reached. The staff is uniformly consistent and professional. They inspire confidence. P.S. They are obviously well trained.

I wanted to thank you for being so incredible and nice to me during our calls. Usually most collectors don’t care about the people on the other side of the phone. And after a collector’s call I’m usually in tears trying to figure out where the money is going to come from. Since my father died two years ago and having to help my mom with bills it’s been a stressful and depressing time. But after our call the other day I got off the phone smiling (which trust me, it’s been a while). So thank you for being so amazing and nice and genuinely caring about us financially challenged individuals. More people should be like you.
