Currently National Recoveries does not offer interactive chat features via the website or social media. However, we would love to assist you via phone. Please contact us! All phone messages are received and reviewed by our Operations Department. Our goal is to provide return phone calls to every consumer within 24 hours of receiving the message.

Currently, National Recoveries is able to accept incoming correspondence via email, but we are not able to respond to consumers via this method. All incoming correspondence is received and reviewed by our Compliance Department, and, if required, a Solution Team Member will reach out to the consumer via phone for resolution.
